HIPPY is a free home educational program for any parent of a 2, 3, and 4 year old. HIPPY is an evidenced-based family support model that partners with and works directly with parents in their homes to give them books, activities and skills needed  for preparing their children for school. HIPPY empowers parents to be their child's first teacher. It promotes school readiness and maximizes the chances of a successful early school experience.
